yeah, this. i don't get why anyone is surprised by someone moving on or losing interest in a game after waiting two months for apps to open.
not saying cycles shouldn't happen, because i kind of like them, but um. who the fuck honestly doesn't expect a lot of people to lose interest between rounds?
it's the same reason why many people don't go shopping on black friday
shit's going to go fast, chances are you won't make it in time, might as well not bother and spend the day doing something productive instead of camping out on an app page, why not go somewhere that's more likely, etc
