it would be different if any of these people actually tagged out or even if they just picked a few characters off their muselist for each meme rather than dumping their entire muselist on every single meme. it gives off a very unwelcoming impression to have a wall of toplevels from characters who never, ever tag out OR tag back.
there are some people who dump their characters on multiple memes but then actually tag back when they're tagged and carry on threads for quite a while. they aren't the problem.
