I'd support mods coming up with a way to boot these people. I've seen people who don't even read the IC comms/reading list and will admit to this and they only tag what people link them on plurk.

No wonder nearly every game has some clique these days. These people need to be booted from the game until they learn to fucking read the stuff in the game for themselves.
