You captured the point of what makes this unfunny: people having fun just with their friends. You can use your, or their plurks or journals for that. This isn't about their using the OOC community for, gasp, OOC communication, it's about their making a big deal over an in-joke in a very nudge-nudge kind of way. And that and associated circlejerking are not what the OOC community for her. It doesn't help that the one who came up with this is a a mod tbh.
