i've seen characters actually pay attention and take it seriously like... once? i've seen a handful of "told you so"s though

what was nice was having the reverse situation - a bunch of characters coming in after my character had established himself as a good guy, and having all their complaints brushed off with "he'd never do that!" sadly i never did get the chance to ~reveal his true colours~ beyond him giving less of a shit about being nice to people.
