probably depends on the type of character you're bringing, honestly. i've had no trouble with cr because i have a friendly, outgoing character to tag out with. more reticent characters need more OOC involvement, but the community is pretty nice oocly so it's not hard to arrange this for the anti-social ones. we're getting a few more villain types this round, which i haven't seen too many of before in this game, so we'll see how they work out.

personally, i'm having a lot of fun, but don't come in looking for big exciting adventure/fight plots. it's definitely a game where you make your own slice of life fun, which is easier for some people than others.

The icons for the character just look like a peach SD turtle. With color around the eyes.

well the color is his bandanna... and it's better for him to look closer to his character than completely different? don't tag them if it creeps you out. rules are rules. it's one thing to have a homestuck character using canon designs because they're at least humanoid, but the character can't exactly do that since... he's a turtle. and the art style is cute imo.
