In the Tarot Major Arcana, the XX card, Judgment, is the embodiment of the character that is Yue. In basic or standard decks, such as the Rider-Waite deck, it is usually a depiction of an angel before the Final Judgment in Christian theology. Due to the nature of the Clow Cards, they read like a basic tarot deck (assuming you count the cards from the anime version rather than the manga, which perhaps mainly depict the Major Arcana or an Oracle Deck). In turn, it is heavily implied that Yue represents this particular card.
Judgment is also, neither longing, wanting, nor lacking. It is all-encompassing; it has the experience to come to a solid conclusion. That sentence is important.
