The way I see it though, there's no point in calling out the places unless he actually gets in.

Is it really a surprise that he got into MH when they already had Dr.Insano?

it's no surprise. it's just terrible because the rper is a whiny manchild who whines and whines any time he's rejected because the game doesn't accept internet personalities.
