'Pretty' is in the eye of the beholder, tbh. But that goes for everyone. So many kinds of characters are attractive in different ways to different people.

RDJ, Karl Urban (one of the bigger characters from new trek), and Jeremy Renner are all over 40. Misha Collins and Christian Bale are 38 and 39 respectively. And nearly all you listed are far closed to 40 than 20 (With the exceptions of those playing teens.) Although not 40, they are solidly in the "grown, adult men" category.

Google any "Attractive men over 40" list and plenty of the guys there still show up as common DWRP faces.

They might not be in their 40s but a number of them are in their 30s.

Minus the main teen wolf cast who are in their early to mid 20s.
