I'm thinking about apping this month, and tbh, if I get in, I'm just not going to add him on plurk if he sends me a friend request. I've been skeeved out enough from what I've seen in others' plurks.
I would also suggest that if he starts talking to you in { ooc - brackets and it makes you uncomfortable to either tell him to stop or don't respond. He really does like to talk.
