What was it a year ago that you liked? Mod run events? Dragon battles, Ice fairies coming down, plague running rampant, hugging contests?
Or was it the character plots? Diva's murders? The Darkness Plot?
If it's the latter, there's an easy way to get those things back. Start them. If it's the former, suggest the mods do something more active, now that we've had a break. A fight or something to break up the quiet a little. I mean the dream event's hardly tame slice of life, assuming you've even looked at some of those dreams.
It's not so much the plots as much as it is the atmosphere, I suppose? Everything feels stale lately, as opposed to the way things moved a year ago. It just doesn't feel like you can jump into just anything these days, even if the plots are meant to be all inclusive. You have to have certain CR or know certain people to get involved.
It might also have to do with the complete overhaul in the modding team compared to a year ago, but yeah.
this arc has been boring as fuck, but that's half because everyone complained about how fast the game moved/how all the war and battle shit didn't suit their character types (which was fucking stupid, since it's a game based on war) and half because the old mod team completely flaked on their shit and left Tosshi carrying everything.
I don't know about the new mod team because they're still new but they better make the next arc interesting or I'm out of here.
