did he apologize to the girl before this? because, let's be real, he doesn't owe any of us jack shit as far as apologies go. he owes her more apologies than he can give and i would hope he would have done that long before this
i think he's offered "apologies" to her, emphasis on the quotes. i've seen him get pissed off on plurk about apologizing and having people still hate him/not forgive him. of course, at the time i had no idea what he was "apologizing" for. who knew, right...
I have no idea and that's for her to say, if she cares to. But in addition and at the absolute least he did owe his friends list an apology for that "anniversary" bullshit.
As someone who was never directly involved but kind of knew about it, yes. I don't know if they were apologies with excuses or what, but as far as i'm aware he did.
