There's nothing really useful there, because it's not really ketchup, I just use it that way. It's just a piece of garlic, an inch of ginger (the inner part of the root, not the skin), 8 Jalapenos (without the green top), 4 lower ends of lemon grass (the lowest inch, without the thick root part) and 2 red scallions all ground together to a nice paste.

Makes my pasta spicy without any ketchup needed.
