Incorrect. Meta-wise, that rule exists just to bring into sharp focus the ego trips Heroic Spirits are capable of. ICly, Hassan by default won't care as the name is the catalyst for his/her Servant class of Assassin. Berserkers won't care by default because they're too busy rending blood for the blood god. Gil outright threatens anyone that doesn't recognize him (another fine meta poke, given that he's not some burly, bearded slab of muscle but instead some pretty boy bishie in gold armor). Chulainn, Diarmuid, and Arturia understand and play the art of war damned well, but quickly give no fucks about releasing their identity if they sense a chance of a fair and upfront battle with an honorable opponent. The same can be said of Sasaki. Medusa and Emiya played by the rule for the most part (it was, meta and icly, entirely in Archer's favor to do so).
Saber has shown equal amounts of discretion and flippancy toward the rule of remaining anonymous within her Servant class, through both Fate/Zero and Fate/Stay Night.
