I have a lady character who would 100% deliberately get pregnant asap on entering a game because of plot/magic reasons (she can use her children to become immortal if everything works right). Sadly I think the game where I want to app her has handwavey reasons that it's impossible. Time isn't really passing, no one ages, also no babies kind of thing.
