who is this, why should I care about them, and why should I stay away from them?
if you're going to go namedrop someone as a problem player, anon, then EXPLAIN why the hell they're a problem player who everyone should stay away from.
there are no fucking deets because it's grudgewank. their interpretation of characters might not be someone's cup of tea for whatever reason but there is otherwise nothing standout about the mun at all.
op needs to stop grudging into oblivion and find something better to do, seriously. there are way worse people in this fandom by far as previous threads have demonstrated.
Basically that someone tried to namedrop them a short while ago, and either got them mixed with manhandler (a really bad Gerome) or was trying to stir up wank/grudgewank. In any case, people went all "LOL GTFO".
I do wonder if there's some kinda of grudge behind this, though, since afaik there's nothing super remarkable (whether bad or good) abut the player themself.

Would it kill anyone to give deets on who the hell is this person and what they've done that's apparently so bad enough to label them as a problem player? No one would be saying "deets or GTFO" if OP had provided deets from the start.
problem is, lots of people in WG don't like deetless wank. and so far, there are no deets on this person. so yeah, unless there's something at least mildly juicy on display, i'm calling shenanigans.

do they try and bully other players into doing Ike/Soren (disclaimer: I have no idea if they even ship this; forgive me) with them? have their Ike be a cheating godmod? gossip about other players behind their back? something else?

In my experience, it'd be hard to find a more chill mun. I've never read his Ike before so I can't say anything about his interpretation there, but outside of that, idk what OPs beef is.
And as far as I know, the mun sticks almost entirely to memes and museboxes so he's not hard to avoid if you dislike his interpretation.
