Does she not have a personal HMD on her journal? You could comment there, perhaps?
It is a shame, because Cinna is a fabulous character, and Mel is lovely ooc. But I have felt the same as well; I get the feeling that she doesn't want cr with me, which is a shame, but her choice, I suppose. Not much I can do there and I don't want to force my character on her either.
