honestly, i can see that making getting cr hard/daunting, too. because what if the other pairs drop out? which, considering dw, i find it hard to believe that there will be tons of pairs that are all active/rule-abiding on each side. and if you lose active cr because their partner wasn't active, it will probably get annoying/aggravating eventually.
that's really the only problem i have with the game thus far, is the partner rule, but it's not like i'm going to die from not apping so idc.
