agreed with the above anon! i felt kind of ashamed that i barely knew any of this already even though i only live an hour from boston, but accents are fascinating
anon, not for nothing, but from what i've seen there's a decent number of non-channers using that tag too simply because they're sick of people speaking for or even over them.
it started as a smokescreen, sure, but seeing as there's people who started using it in earnest, maybe that should be taken into account instead of acting like anyone involved is a /pol/goer aka a troll?
In Exitvoid they played several canon couples, or wannabe couples: Sturmhond and Alina, Scott and Alison from Teen Wolf, and I think their comics characters had a thing too? Kerry at least was pretty good about tagging out but it was one of the more bizarre things I've seen.
even if december doens't have ac, i wish people would post hiatus to tell us they won't be around. that way we don't waste time trying to contact them for plotting or whatever
i have thought about that, too, anon. she might just be the most unlucky person on this planet, nothing is impossible, but imo she is faking at least half these accidents and injuries for attention.
pretty tame compared to some others i think, but i've mostly had good luck.
i did a shippy thread on a meme with a castmate once. it wasn't a ship i cared about, but i didn't hate it, and the other mun approached me asking for it so i figured, why not? it's just a meme. it was a cute thread and i had fun with it, though it didn't make me ship the two characters any more.
fast forward a few weeks, and a completely different mun apps my game with that same character. it soon becomes clear that they ship our characters intensely, which would be fine except it also becomes apparent that they are not just hoping, but expecting it to happen in game. when i politely turn them down, they're very confused. don't i ship it too? look at this meme thread i did! why would i play it in a meme if i didn't ship it?
i explained the situation and apologized for giving them false hope, but made it clear that i was not interested in playing the ship long term or in a game. they threw a fit, accused me of leading them on (by playing a shippy thread. with someone else.), and immediately dropped the game.
