why would you play a character whose personality you can't stand
I agree with this...as long as the player in question also plays either f/f or m/f as the male character.

My one friend does a forum RP like that and she's having a blast. I'd do the same if I had the time.
if you want fast tags and fast thread resolution join an ecats game since they're designed for players like you
i can write that many tags and more in a day but i don't want to be required to do that every day as the bare minimum or risk getting cut from the game when i have other shit to do that is higher priority than rp or just other hobbies i want to devote my limited evening free time hours to sometimes
having an ac requirement that high also inevitably results in people writing shorter tags and not everyone likes that playstyle

I see people on my timeline whining about how they have a bunch of tags in their inbox and are feeling burnt out with trying to connect to all the CR and I think they've brought it on themselves.
It's not going to kill you to take on a smaller amount of threads or stick to fewer games instead of whining about how slow you're taking and making the CR you do have sit and wait months on you.

i don't know about the canon much but i do think slaine is a bit too in your face in the game. it might be nice if the player would have him back off of things a little bit sometimes to let other people do certain things once in a while as well.

Maybe not but if the people I play with are happy and I'm happy and my character is obscure so I'm not squatting.... why should I care? Most people are vying to be center of attention in plots. if I'm chilling doing the small tasks in the bg that's just one less person for them to have to fight off for a plot spot.
How does someone manage to play Shyren in a game is what I'm wondering.
