When people app a character into a game and actively only play with the crew. Dude, yes, I get that your character is antisocial but part of playing a character in a game (especially one that's big and has a lot of people who want CR) is getting that character out there.

Otherwise just play in museboxes and PSLs and let someone who wants to participate in the game actually play.
