in addition to being a clueless guy (which HE was back when HE was still kevin), he would also push people into playing things they didn't really want to. he'd push lesbian ships with character that had already stated a m/f preference, and he'd create a roster of badly thought up female ocs whose only goal was to get into another character's panties. when he was in games (and yes, still a he), he'd do a lot of shitty, repetitive behavior and someone would rightly call him out for it. he'd play the 'oh my gosh, i'm so sorry, i didn't know, oh wow, i'm so sorry' card, and then turn around and do the exact same thing, oftentimes within a matter of weeks. he was talked to and asked to respect people's space/preferences, and he would still be incredibly inappropriate and acted like a general dick. (latroma reminds me a lot of him and it's why i have such a knee jerk reaction to disliking him)
the trans wank started like this because for a good long while, HE had been pushy, creepy, and unsettling with his f/f shipping, being caught actually saying "i don't know what the problem is. if i were a girl shipping these things, no one would care at all." the problem with belief around his transition is that it literally happened in the same week or month (not sure exactly) as that statement, and it was happening around a lot of other wank that was revolving around him and it was just overall a huge clusterfuck on wg over people who disliked him and had been subject to being harassed by him not believing this as real and taking it as a way to get out of being held responsible for his actions and people, like you, who had no idea what was going on but were jumping in to spam wg with TRANSERASURE IT DOESN'T MATTER IF SOMEONE'S A LYING LIAR, THEY'RE STILL TRANS.
the problem with all of that is that the community of wg/lj/online rp as a whole will generally accept trans individuals as trans, no matter how much we despise them. ken is a good example of this. it had nothing to do with people erasing trans issues and everything to do with a serial liar saying something that no one believed.
and he/they/she/whatever you want to use has been hanging around the fringes of rp, selling their sob story to whoever will hear it and claiming how they've been wrongly persecuted over something so terrible and they're really a great guy... girl. honest. seriously. do a little research before you jump in to be so defensive because TRANS, which is what i'm betting you're doing.
