I think it may depend on the case of it? I have ibs-d but I...generally can have something fried or pizza/McD's (though I don't like their food much) if it's not overdone/super oily? I'm still careful though because woof when that hits it hits hard. My mom is similar as she has it, too. We may have lesser cases though.

Absolutely not giving Char or Ana a pass, just pointing out you can occasionally eat that with the syndrome if you don't have a bad case.
