Honestly I'm shocked that every murdergame doesn't warn about the possibility of suicide or suicidal thoughts being a potentially large theme in the game. The genre's theme overall is despair which can very quickly lead some characters to have at least thoughts of wanting to die and some characters actually will act on those thoughts.
Though I will say it is difficult for a mod team to warn about it being planned since that normally is determined by the playerbase and the types of characters they bring. Mods can't know in advance just how much of a theme it will play, but it's rare for it to not be present at all.

wasn't suicide part of the mods' plot? they can control for that
yeah, some characters had suicide in their canons but the npc backstory was just all about suicide and the mods did not warn a bit
