is that why all of the info pages in the game are as barebones as imaginable? because it was a half-baked idea in trek's head in one of their many many nostalgia fits for mayfield?

i loved mayfield and the surface similarities in hauntdale turned me on to it briefly, but the whole thing feels like it was barely thought out at all, and now knowing trek is behind it, that kind of makes sense.
