she should have been forced to wait until may's app round like everyone else. she was posting and tagging on the d/s meme before ac closed so her claims that she was too busy and distracted to comment on ac are obvious lies

i think the mods saw her plurk and knew if they didn't give in she would drag them publicly and throw a fit about it

A lot smaller of a deal than some other people have shared, but the thoughtlessness stuck with me.

I was shopping with two people I'd met through RP. The "we're closing soon" PA announcement came on. I suggested hurrying, they shrugged it off like I was being stupid and ambled through the rest of their shopping. By the time they were done, a cashier had to reopen to check them out.

It felt a bit like going out to eat with people who were jerks to the waiter. Again, a small thing, but explains so much about how some players treat mods and each other.

theyre saying the art was used because it is from a series which is most iconic for the concept of the meme, aka elfquest
