if ryslig once had 250 players, and 200 were in the plurk, and there are now 100 players, what percentage of the players were on the plurk?

if ryslig once had 200 players, but 30% of them did not have access to this plurk for whatever reason (didn't follow game plurk, just don't usually read deep into game plurks), and there are now 100 players, what percentage of the players were on the plurk?

if ryslig once had 200 players and 50 of them don't do rp socialization stuff, and there are now 100 players, what percentage of the players were on the plurk?

this is what im trying to get at.

i'm convinced this is one of those bored anons who rps on wankgate because they're not replying to any reasonable comments like this one

i'm the "ryslig anons please love yourselves" commenter (you can tell it is me because i guess i can only write like 500 word comments right now, fuck), and i hope you will read this with the kindness with which i truly intend it:

would joining a new game truly be so bad?
noctium looks to be doing similar stuff to ryslig; games like come sail away allow characters to be apped with history from previous games. you also almost certainly know some people from ryslig who also play in other games, and they could help introduce you to those communities.

it is true, it does take some extra work, and that is hard. the world is full of a lot of shit right now and no one deserves rp drama as a shitty cherry on top. this situation fucking sucks to be in; even when drama doesn't directly involve you, it can be INCREDIBLY draining just existing in proximity!

but it also sucks that you seemingly feel TRAPPED in this situation. it also sucks to persist in a game where the mods don't have your back—where it seems as though they will in fact actively mean you harm if you so much as step out of line with their friends.

i think it might earnestly be worth the effort to at least try out some TDMs for other games. ryslig really truly for real isn't your only option.

if you want to do all that math and figure that out for yourself feel free to, all i was ever doing was making down-and-dirty assumptions based on the numbers i saw. as it stands, assuming a good portion of ryslig players were at least aware of luc's behaviour is not an unsafe one because hes a self-righteous dipshit who thinks his stupid mean girls shit should be projected directly to the e-mails of 200 people

Don't know about the others but the general complaint from monsterfolk on rpa seems to be that noct is more overtly horny than what they want.

they're looking for reasons to be mad and stay mad, they don't actually want to play in their game they're bending over backwards to defend

they want to keep bitching because they seem to think this, somehow, will make them look like the reasonable ones in this situation, and that anons are being so mean and so unfair and gosh, we're not all like that, stop making assumptions, what do you expect us to do?!

my closest rp friends are busy with their games and don't really want to psl, and finding reliable tag partners on bakerstreet was like pulling teeth even back when i was playing more popular characters than i am now.

idk what's so controversial about that? being new in a game and re-establishing yourself is more energy-intensive than playing chill threads with your existing CR at a game you've been at for a while. until my RL situation improves, i simply won't have time for it.

for many of these people? honestly, yes.

especially because many games don't allow CRAUs, which is a dealbreaker for a good chunk of the playerbase because so many of them are so overinvested in their ryslig CR and whatever weird ships they've got going on. they don't want to start over, they want ryslig, forever.

it's been said already, but many of these people wouldn't even get into other games, be due to reputation, the fact they can't actually write worth a damn, or both. they've bet on the wrong horse and they know they can't get off so they're clinging to the saddle as long as possible.

i was just responding to specifically your saying, "people think all ryslig players are nazi morons." that is needlessly hyperbolic catastrophizing. even the people who are being judgmental are not drawing conclusions anywhere near that dramatic or damning. i know we are on wg but given that most of us thing that the behavior of luc and co. + mods was fucked up, surely it would be way better to try to help people understand each other, rather than drive ryslig and non-ryslig anons apart.
