i feel like people treat a lot of memes like that

because yeah, they don't wanna tag out. they want to get in early hoping that it will up the odds of someone else tagging them, since clearly no one will bother clicking through to page 8 of a meme let alone page 25.

it feels like FOMO projection to me, but there's probably some truth to it, in that dwrpers are lazy and flaky (i can say that because i'm not any better)

i'm even lazier and flakier which means i'm usually cruising page 15+ for people to tag on saturday morning

i do tag out. i just think it's nice to allow other timezones to see a meme go up when they're active for once. while i don't think the meme expires i know a lot of european and asian and australian timezone folks who get excited when things go up when they're awake and tagging.

so i think it's nice that it went up at a convenient time for them for once. games and memes usually cater to us timezones.

quix literally just tried secretly running a game and surprise, the game blew up. at least gsai isn't forcing everyone to tag their sex slave blorbo as a substitute for a game plot afaik.
