i know this is trolly, but for a real answer, it depends on the character for me. a lot of my dudes are ota because i can swing it or they feel like ota and i can get away with it/want to play it for reasons (pretty face smooshing). but there's a few i have that i just won't play m/m with, and it's because it doesn't feel right for them or i just don't like any options available. or i just don't want to. i'd say it's about a 75/25 split on ota vs m/f only.

this also varies from memes to games, since i feel more open to bending characterization for smut means on memes than i would be with games.
