I was all set to dismiss this as grudgewanking over someone's mental health issues, but asking their friends not to play with people they don't like because it makes them uncomfy is a crimson red flag. Never met anyone who didn't use that kind of request as a spring-board to be controlling in other ways, and people who do this always turn out nastier than the people they want their friends to blacklist.
