I usually complain about inactive castmates or awkward tags to a close friend, but try not to name names. If they were an asshole, I'd tell my friends and siblings but without explicitly naming them. I don't want people to get dragged, and often if I end up complaining about someone, I'd just remove them later because if it got to that point we are probably too incompatible.
