sounds like you do, because from what i understand they have connections. also why i'm very nervous about reaching out. they were my worst rp experience with harassment. i don't know how to use vpns well and im sure the mods would ask for caps anyway, which would out me. i know they've been harassing others who have reported them in the past so i'm just... ugh.
