bro, chill. you're blatantly wrong and stubbornly persisting. no where in the acceptance notice that you cited does it state that it is a prerequisite to complete task A before advancing to task B. you're choosing to read it that way, which is bizarrely inflexible and makes me wonder if you also only complete your work chores sequentially over the course of your day, even when they are unrelated.

if you, for whatever your personal reasons, think that the mods should only allow someone access to game communities after they were confirmed to have commented to the taken page and made an AC post, that's a completely different issue you can take that to them as a separate complaint about the thoroughness of their vetting. but right now you're effectively criticizing the mods for not taking a precaution they never embarked on but that you would like them to.
