"Your" outside cats aren't chipped, have no collars, aren't neutered or vaccinated and your parents refuse to do any of the aforementioned (why can't you do it yourself?) or let them come inside even when one was recently attacked by a raccoon. And you say your area is full of coyotes. Then you're pissed that there's evidence of someone else feeding and taking care of these obviously stray cats??? Jfc I hope someone saves these poor cats before something tragic happens.
