So who else thinks this plot is dull as fuck?

better than nothing true. but still fucking boring. maybe it'll get better in the later stages. one can but hope.

I like it and most people on my Plurk, my friends Plurks, and that I've seen commenting around seem to at least be interested in it, so it can't be that much of a failure.

I found the personalities I was given for the lost loves thing were unimaginative and kind of lame, but some of the others looked good and other than that I'm liking the plot a lot! I'm just glad something is happening.

Because the mods didn't have to write up nearly a hundred different personalities in the span of a couple days, amirite?

They're native ghosts, not something from The Walking Dead.

Considering the plot has just started I call troll.

But I am sideeyeing the fuck out of characters who are having dates while there is an island-wide crisis going on.

There was a date auction and some canons just have crazy shit going on all the time so their characters wouldn't care about ghosts running around. I see no problems with it. I personally, have put my date stuff on hold but I could give a shit if others didn't feel like scrapping their plans just because the mods wanted a big plot.

Personally my character is having a date because they just don't care about the crisis. Sorry to say.

I don't know anything about the plot going on.

But this game is hard for someone new to get into. So many cliques.

I've seen a clique within the cast I play, but I don't know about other cliques. I completely agree with that it's extremely hard to get a footing in the game. I feel sorry for those newbies just joining with the current plot going on.

I can suggest some players to hit up who are good at rping with anyone.

Off the top of my head I know the people who are really good at spreading the love are Alphonse, Chloe, Lightning and Robert Leckie. What other characters are really social to the newbies?

That being said, I think this is a causality of there being a giant plot running right now, and some players are out of town for cons or other things.

If you get yourself a plurk or start adding everyone on the plurk you have, people will be more apt to play with you. I had absolutely no one playing with my new characters and I've been in the game for years, but when I got more active with my plurk again, people started interacting with them all of a sudden.

If you don't want to use plurk though, I'd say just comment to people's entries if you can. I've never had any problems getting CR when I put in the effort. It's just really hard to comment to the same post by newbies every single month over and over because it's basically the same intro and that gets tiring.

I don't know if it's cliquey exactly but it's hard to get footing if you're not persistent.

I dunno if I'd say it's hard to get into but yeah it is cliquey as hell.
