Crit them. The mun is open to it, and i know they've been feeling shaky on their other character too.

you can try critting them but whether or not they will actually apply it will be a wait-and-see type of thing. i think they're ooc, too, but like you i'm not really sure how to put it into words that would actually be constructive.
