I really think if you think this is a good way to help or care for someone, you need to lean back and take another look there, anon. It sounds to me like you two need to go your separate ways if you think this is "giving a shit". This is normally the point of a relationship where someone needs to break off, if they see they're getting irritated to this extent. If you've given up on trying to communicate your frustration personally with her and what she does, I think you need to get away from her.

Ciara has brought this on herself by showing time and again to NOT be open to communication. She's a toxic mess and too emotionally invested in her characters, but she's never going to listen and her so-called friends, of which I assume you are one, are only enabling this behavior.
Okay, wrong word choice maybe, but like I said, if you're coming here dropping some bait for some anons to tear a hole into her, I personally cannot see for the life of me how that shows you're a friend, or how it shows you "give a shit about her".
