She's a complete verbally abusive fucking loon who: can't sort IC from OOC, kicks up drama about things that don't even involve her, warps her characters (especially Riddick) with fucked up headcanon and is violently defensive about it, and loves to go on "crusades" against people, involving lots of accusation-hurling and verbal abuse.
No mod in their right mind would have let that psycho back in after the shit she pulled the first time. But Meredith's learned that Rei responds well to having lips surgically attached to her ass so she let her back in.
As for Meredith, I am firmly convinced she really is psycho. Without going too far away from RP, just one look at her Plurk, Twitter, etc. reveals she's just as crazy in all her other dealing as she is in TLV.
