CnC for the history section being too confusing and not detailed enough.
I wrote a detailed section explaining how each route played out (since it was a character from a VN) and how it played in to the overall story. It was written in a way that even a canon blind person would be able to understand. I later found out the rejection was mostly likely because it was more animu related and the character lacked decent powers.

CnC has anime characters from VNs, and if it were the powers that would have been mentioned. More likely it's that you didn't write as good a history as you thought.
Most VN players I know pick one route to app from rather than detailing every one of them, so I could see how that would confuse an app mod. More often when a history is given revisions, from what I've seen, it's because the apper spends more time detailing the story in general instead of explaining their character's part in that story.
