It's probably a lot to do with her plurk specific behavior. Her obnoxious constant plurking is annoying, but it's not really the route of the problem. The genuinely shitty behavior I've seen from her is her creepy, ~must be the star of everything~ act, to the point she'll guilt trip and PAly throw fits on plurk.
She posts to a meme? She'll replurk it in new plurks 3 times if she doesn't get the responses she wants. You joke about character A and C would be a cute couple in certain circumstances? She cries about how unwanted she is while dropping :) faces all over her own plurk and others for playing Love Interest B, even if nobody made any mentions of that at all. She wants to do a log with you? Great! But you're there to play a plot piece for her character's angst/happy times/whatever, and god forbid you ever want her to return the favor for once.

In short, she's kind of a bitch, but not a huge wanky shitstain like some of our namedrops. She's just burned a lot bridges with people.
