After the victim repeatedly told him 'no', he aimed a punch at her head and landed it right next to her ear, which terrified her from trying to resist any more. She did not have the means to escape- he's a very physically imposing guy irl. What you've written sounds like the usual false, painted up excuse Funk feeds his friends for pity, but he's deceived you too. This wasn't a misunderstanding and coercion. This was a victim repeatedly saying no and then being threatened to have the shit beaten out of her. He is utter scum.
