And you have every right to this opinion, anon. Not everyone has to like it. When I played a character from this, I had a opt-out post for a reason, at a time people normally didn't do them for far nastier canons.
I just wish people would stop with the nonsensical bashing of people that like it, just like I wish the SJW nonsense would stop. Not every fandom needs to have perfectly healthy and normal ships, and this fandom is pretty good at admitting the ship has its issues. Only other fandom of that nature I have is the Umineko fandom. It's nice to play from a fandom where people aren't pretending everything's healthy.
I'd rip my hairs out if I had to thread with a Bernkastel or a Lambda who thought the respective other was perfectly meantally healthy.
Eh, that's fair. Honestly, I don't hold anything against people who like it (least of all to people who like it and recognize that the focused couple is far from healthy). If I ditched everyone who was into something I didn't care for, I'd have no friends left.
