As a note, I did see that part of the rule was "make a reasonable effort."
I just feel like a lot of rpers feel entitled to tags from players and characters just because they want them. And I can't begin to tell you how many times I've done logs with people who respond to my three paragraph tags with one or two lines of dialogue and maybe two lines of action or introspection. That's not fun for me and I won't keep trying to maintain CR with those people, which may look cliquish, but it's because our writing styles are just drastically different.
