talk to the thief, ask them privately to take your shit down, and move on. they're literally just cropped images you don't have any intellectual rights over in the first place.
FWIW, it looks like they did contact the iconthief and the thief's said they'd take them down (but hadn't yet)
anyway shitty icons or not, I'd be pissed as all hell if someone was taking my stuff and saying things like "hi these iconsets are mine and I worked hard on these, please take and use as you will but credit me!"
