i was curious about this, too. i looked at nor's ken app and it turns out she edited it. the edit comment is directed to mel, too.

mel asked her to change something and nor took it poorly? that's what i'm taking from it.

She had suicide as the reason for his death beforehand, so I'm assuming she was asked to change that since it's no longer the reason.
