this trailer had no context for anything, it was literally just an introduction to the characters. at least wait for the movie before this gets turned into another alice eve-in-her-underwear-in-stid thing. and yeah, i'll bet that they're trying to play up some of the similarities between han solo and quill as much as they can, so if it's anything more serious than "sleeping with a married gramosi duchess" i will be really surprised.
sigh, this is why i stay away from comics fandom on tumblr/dw. it's been all downhill ever since scans-daily got shut down the first time, man.
