Well, I don't think we're really arguing about this instance, personally, so let's just leave the topic at "this one's definitely creepy." I think any further discussion will get lost in the specifics of the example. I might bring up the topic more generally over at rpanons one of these days.
This particular case really doesn't deserve to be the example to rely on. There's a lot wrong with it.
