Only thing I've got is that she plays Rin and he associates himself as Shirou Emiya. He pushes the ship hard and followed her Rin to every game he could under his 2nd(?) identity before his true identity came out. Sure if she stopped playing Rin and walked away from the TypeMoon series that he'd find someone else to chase after.
hellion's apps are fine tbh, and kattu has plenty of good friends who are subpar writers. won't really solve anything with that approach, but peeps are wary now. hellion's gonna have a much harder time weasling his way into anything these days.

there's a lot of new games that have popped up recently that he may try to join which would prevent people like me who don't want to deal with him from joining and people who already have plans or who have already joined being at risk of his harassment

What he did to kattu was sick and unforgivable, but if you don't give him the chance to be a retarded dipshit, he's harmless. don't fawn over and bend yourself backwards for every new rper you meet/take your friends' words for granted that "oh my bff A thinks this person C is awesome THEREFORE THEY MUST BE AWESOME", this is how he got to kattu again. in other words don't be a sheep and draw your own conclusions about new people you meet. don't be super paranoid either, one idiot like him should not ruin your fun in rping overall, just use your common sense and approach people accordingly. he needs a blank state at this point too to get into anything, so anyone who's started rping recently with no records of being in any games/known by others should also narrow down your field of suspicion (like if you're meeting this person who plays at, idk, paradisa and luceti for the last 4 month +, has a plurk from 2010, they're obviously not him). don't give him the tools to hurt/blackmail/harass you, and he won't.
honestly i wish this would just die. the best way to get over is for all of us to stop giving any fucks about him so he has absolutely nothing more to thrive on, it's obvious he just wants this for the attention.
