Are you blind? He had a load of makeup and shit on his face. His brow was straightened out and his nose was shaped differently, plus he had blue contacts in to match Bruce Willis.
Even if you don't think any of that managed to make him look like Bruce Willis (in which case you're wrong), you can't make out that he just looked like regular JGL 'squinting a lot'.
