Minor details.

I think Faith is too grrr (I can't think of how to describe it) and Iroh isn't taking enough of an interest in the world.

I disagree.

I think Faith is fantastic. Iroh could take more of an interest; but as it's the mod's game, she can't really have her own character uncovering all the mysteries.

Overall this sounds more like a matter of personal opinion on interpretations to me. I like the Faith and Iroh as well.
